What Is A Park Fitness Program


A park fitness program is one where we work on your health, fitness and well-being at your choice of park/garden/nature reserve here in Singapore!


As a nation blessed with a wide variety of picturesque parks, scenic gardens, fabulous nature reserves and various green belts and open spaces, our Park Fitness Programs will be a liberating experience and a breath of fresh air (literally) for you!

For all mid-life, seniors and older adults who yearn of a liberating and un-conventional exercise program in the midst of Mother Nature, and who want a more viable, sustainable and desirable option to indoor exercising.




Our Fitness Approach


To be part of our Green Exercise Movement, simply choose your preferred park, garden or nature reserve here in Singapore, and you're all set for an unbelievable fitness experience!


We'll show you how to make use of the park environment and its surroundings, together with your own body-weight and our full range of functional portable fitness equipment, to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.


Our park fitness program is conducted as a Total Body Workout in itself so you get to burn fat, build muscle tone, increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, overall flexibility - and more - all within the SAME session!




Our Program Components


Our park fitness training program can be conducted either as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Workout Program, or as a Group Fitness Boot-Camp Program.


For those who prefer the one-to-one private personal training option, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times


We provide park fitness training across Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .


Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 9pm.


All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.





Our Credentials


We are one of the rare few fitness providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide Master Trainer on our books.


On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
