relying on our very own body weight as resistance when performing
exercises. Hardly, if any, fitness equipment or tools are needed
for the entire process.

For seniors and older adults, bodyweight training is
ideal for building
real-world fitness, functional strength and muscular endurance. It is
also great for improving one's all-round
mobility, flexibility and balance.
Also, one of the greatest benefits of learning
Bodyweight Training is that once mastered, you can basically workout
anywhere, anytime!
On top of that, bodyweight training does NOT require
any specialized fitness equipment, making it an extremely cost-effective

Our Training Times
We provide bodyweight training/conditioning sessions, as well as related
fitness workshops across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
