refers to fitness training that is conducted right within your home -
where your fitness program is tailored and customized to meet your
specific needs and goals, and where your every execution and move will
be supervised and monitored by a certified personal
trainer - all within the comfort and convenience of your own private
residence.

For all mid-life, mature and senior adults
here in Singapore who want to work on their health, fitness and bodies - right
within the privacy, comfort,
familiarity
and
convenience of their own homes.
This program is particularly suited for all home-based
older adults, seniors,
retirees and those with medical or mobility issues - who want to harness the benefits of in-home,
gym-less fitness workouts.

Fitness Approach
Within your home setting, I will guide you on how to make use of your
own body-weight,
together with other
portable &
functional fitness tools, to exercise your body for
optimal health and fitness.
Depending on your home environment, I may even make use of common household objects
within your home setting - such as soup cans, chairs, stairs
and other home furniture to work on your fitness.
This home personal fitness program is a fully-customized Complete
Full-Body Workout in itself that will help you build
functional strength, increase cardiovascular efficiency, enhance muscle tone,
improve flexibility - and more - all within the SAME session!

The senior and older adults in-home fitness training program is conducted either as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program or as a
Couple/Partner Fitness Program.

My Training Times
My home personal fitness training program is available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
I accept fitness appointments as early as 7am
and no later by 8pm.
Currently, I work only from Mondays to Fridays.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.

I am currently one of the few fitness providers in Singapore
who is both a Master Trainer
and Senior Exercise Consultant.
On top of that, I'm the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers
proof,
verification and validation of my fitness credentials and
qualifications.
