Can I Expect To Receive When I Sign-Up For A Home Fitness Training Program?
Like all other fitness
programs, you will first need to undergo a
face-to-face consultation session with your home fitness
specialist so as to have your current medical condition, fitness status and
fitness needs/goals assessed and evaluated.
During this session, there
will be questionnaires for you to fill-in, as well as physical assessments
to measure and track your heart rate, your
blood pressure, your body fat percentage, your girth circumference
measurements and other vital statistics.
Your
home fitness provider
will then use the collected data to design a
personalized and customized home fitness program just for
you.

4. Which Part Of My Home Is
Suitable For Use In A Home Fitness Program?
Basically any part of your home that has a space equivalent to
about one-and-a-half times your body height all around. In fact,
anywhere from living rooms to attics to
basements to garages to gardens to even storerooms
can and have been used in our home fitness training programs.

Do I Require Any Fitness Equipment Or
Fitness Tool For My Home Fitness Program?
Nope. Not at all. What we will make use of is
your body weight, your home layout (stairs, steps, doorways
etc),
home furniture as well as our range of
portable fitness
tools to whip you into shape! Of course, if you have existing fitness
equipment or fitness tools lying around in your home, we would be more than glad to
incorporate them into your home fitness program too (provided your fitness

Our home fitness training are conducted throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings.
However, all sessions are strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
