an outdoor environment
surrounded by nature and greenery.
This program is particularly suitable for those:

Fitness Approach

or let me recommend a suitable outdoor venue near you - and
you're all set for an unbelievable fitness experience!
I'll show you how to make use of your outdoor
environment such as slopes, benches, trees,
fitness corners and
even playground equipment, in conjunction with your
own
body-weight and a range of
functional portable fitness equipment, to
help you
achieve greater strength, mobility stamina and all-round function.
My outdoor fitness program is conducted as a Total Body Workout in
itself so you get to burn fat, build muscle tone, increase strength,
enhance your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility - and more - all within the
SAME session!

This outdoor fitness training program for the mid-life, senior and older
adult can be conducted either as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program,
a Couple/Partner Workout Program, or as a
Group Fitness Boot-Camp
Program.
For those who prefer the one-to-one private personal training option,
you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in the Personal Training Program
Features Page.

My Training Times
My outdoor fitness training program is available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
I accept fitness appointments as early as 7am
and no later by 8pm.
Currently, I work only from Mondays to Fridays.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.

I am one of the few fitness providers in Singapore
who is both a Master Trainer
and Senior Exercise Consultant.
On top of that, I'm the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers

verification and validation of my fitness credentials and
qualifications.
