What Is Cardio Training?
Cardio Training is any form of exercise that
works your cardio-respiratory system by elevating your heart rate for a
sustained period of time. And unlike what most people think, cardio
training goes way beyond 'running' and 'jogging'. Any form
of sustained exercise such as swimming, rope-skipping, dancing, cycling,
rowing, or even circuit
training qualify as cardio workouts too!

Our Training Times
We provide cardio workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
We are one of the few fitness
providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide
on our books.
On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof,
verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
