Cardio/Aerobic Training is any form of exercise that
works your cardio-respiratory system by elevating your heart rate for a
sustained period of time. And unlike what most people think, cardio
training goes way beyond mere 'brisk-walking' or 'jogging'
around your neighbourhood.
In reality, any form
of sustained exercise such as swimming, rope-skipping, dancing, cycling,
rowing, or even circuit
training qualify as aerobic/cardio workouts too!

Our cardio/aerobic training program can be conducted as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a
Group Fitness
Program.

Our Training Times
Our cardio/aerobic workouts are conducted throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
