What Is Cardio Or Aerobic Training?

 

Cardio/Aerobic Training is any form of exercise that works your cardio-respiratory system by elevating your heart rate for a sustained period of time. And unlike what most people think, cardio training goes way beyond mere 'brisk-walking' or 'jogging' around your neighbourhood. In reality, any form of sustained exercise such as swimming, rope-skipping, dancing, cycling, rowing, or even circuit training qualify as aerobic/cardio workouts too!

At your desired or preferred location here in Singapore, we will put you through an aerobic or cardio training program using your immediate surroundings, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.

Our Program Components

 

Our cardio/aerobic training program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Program.

 

For those who sign-up for Personal Training, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

Our cardio/aerobic workouts are conducted throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 9pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.

We are one of the few fitness providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide Master Trainer on our books.

 

On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
