A Weight-Bearing Fitness Program is one that
utilizes exercises that require one to move against gravity while
staying upright.
These exercises force your muscles and bones to work
harder, thus promoting increased muscle strength and bone density in the
process.

Why Do We Need Weight-Bearing Exercises?
As we age, our bones naturally become weaker and more
prone to osteoporosis. This in turn may lead to an increased risk
of bone injuries, fractures and even loss of independence down the road.
Also, as a result of natural aging processes
and our lifestyle choices, many of us tend to lose a large percentage of
our lean muscle mass down the years - a condition known as sarcopenia.
With it, comes a loss of strength and mobility, as well as a greater risk of falls
and physical trauma to the body.
As a cornerstone of healthy aging, weight-bearing
exercises can play a crucial role in halting and even
reversing many of the above ills, while preserving and enhancing
both our bone health and muscle health.

surroundings, your own
body-weight and

Our weight-bearing fitness program can be conducted either as part of a
Personal Training Program,
a Couple/Partner Program, a
Group Fitness Training Program or as a
Fitness
Workshop for participants.

Our Training Times
We provide weight-bearing training sessions across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
