What Is Power Training?
Power training, also known as strength-speed
training, is an exercise modality that focuses on improving the body's
ability to produce force quickly.
Basically, it involves doing exercises that
challenge our muscles to exert maximal force in short bursts of time.
Unlike traditional strength training, which
emphasizes working the muscles at a slower pace, power training invokes
the element of time by incorporating explosive movements to enhance
muscular power.

Why Do Power Training?
As we age, our muscle mass and strength naturally
decline. Power training provides a potent stimulus to counteract this
age-related decline by stimulating muscle growth and enhancing
neuromuscular function.
Also, as power training exercises often
engage the core and stabilizer muscles, it plays a crucial role in
enhancing our all-round balance, stability and mobility.
And since strength and power are crucial for
performing daily activities and tasks, power training can help seniors
and older adults preserve their functional abilities and physical
capacities, while reducing the risk of dependence on others.

Our Program Components
Our power training program can be conducted as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a
Group Fitness
Program.

Our Training Times
We provide power training workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days/timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
