Plyometric Training is most suitable for those seeking to improve their respective sport performances, especially in the fields of athletics, basketball, volleyball, tennis, rugby and any other sport that requires speed and power. Plyometrics are also great for general exercisers - those who already have sound fitness foundations - to increase strength, stamina and overall fitness.

Training will be conducted at your preferred location here in Singapore, making use of your immediate environment, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.

Our Program Components

 

Our Plyometric Training Program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Boot Camp Program.

 

For those who sign-up for the customized personal training program, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide plyometric training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 9pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.

We are one of the few fitness providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide Master Trainer on our books.

 

On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
