High-Intensity Interval Training - or HIIT
as it is sometimes called - consists of quick intense bouts of exercise,
followed by short recovery periods. It can be performed with simple
fitness equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, benches etc, or simply with
just one's own body weight.

Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a
Group Fitness Boot Camp

We provide HIIT training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
