What Is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)


High-Intensity Interval Training - or HIIT as it is sometimes called - consists of quick intense bouts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. It can be performed with simple fitness equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, benches etc, or simply with just one's own body weight.




Why Do You Need High-Intensity Interval Training


High-intensity training (HIIT) is not just for the young and athletic. It's a versatile and effective form of exercise that can be adapted to suit the capabilities of older adults and seniors.


Unfortunately, too many older adults shy away from high-intensity training and other forms of vigorous exercise, often due to misconceptions about safety and appropriateness.

Our Fitness Approach


Training will be conducted at your own PRIVATE location here in Singapore, making use of your immediate environment, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.




Our Program Components


Our High-Intensity Interval Training Program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Boot Camp Program.

Our Training Times


We provide HIIT training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .


Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 9pm.


All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.

We are one of the rare few fitness providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide Master Trainer on our books.


On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
