What Is Core Training?
A Core Training Program is one that uses
specific, targeted and specialized exercises to train and strengthen the
muscles of the Human Core.
As the Human Core is made up of all the muscles that run down the
entire length - front, back
and sides - of the trunk and torso, a specialized Core Fitness Program
will not only need to address all these muscles, but also take into
account their complexity, inter-connectedness and integrated nature.
Why Do We Need Core Training?

unison to provide strength, stabilization and support for the spine and

Our Training Times
We provide core fitness training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
We are one of the rare few fitness
providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide
on our books.
On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof,
