1. What Is A Core Fitness Program?
A core fitness program is one where
specific core conditioning exercises are prescribed to help strengthen,
condition and enhance the functionality of all your core-related
muscles.

A scientific-based core fitness
program will help to strengthen and stabilize the muscles of your
pelvis, spine and shoulder girdle, and as a result, help to improve your
posture, enhance your daily movement efficiency, and optimize your overall

Can I Expect To Receive When I Sign-Up For A Core Fitness Training Program?
As in all our other fitness
programs here in Singapore, you will first need to undergo a
face-to-face consultation session with our core fitness
specialist to assess your medical history, current fitness status and
your personal fitness needs/goals.
In this session, you will
also be
required to answer questionnaires and undergo physical assessments
to measure and track your resting heart rate, your
blood pressure, your body fat percentage, your girth circumference
measurements, your static posture, your movement profile and other vital statistics.
Your core
fitness provider
will then use all the collected data to design a
personalized and customized fitness program just for
you.

Do I Require Any Fitness Equipment Or
Fitness Tool For My Core Fitness Program?
None. Absolutely none. Your core fitness
program will utilize
your own body weight, your surrounding environment and our range of
portable fitness
tools (all fully-provided for) to get you functionally-fit!

What Are Your Available Slots For Booking?
Our core fitness training sessions are conducted throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings.
However, all sessions are strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
