Whom This Program Is For
Any able-bodied male citizen of Singapore who wants to prepare
adequately for the physical rigours of military life, or who likes to
ace his NAPFA (National Physical Fitness Assessment), IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test),
BMT (Basic Military Training) or other military vocational
Also highly-recommended for all pre-NS
enlistees, NSFs, NSmen and Regulars who like to breeze through their
various fitness tests and assessments without having to
undergo any RT (remedial training), forego any possible
bonuses or promotions, or worse, subject themselves to possible
disciplinary action - because of poor fitness test results.

Our Fitness Approach
Via a systematic and structured approach, training will be focused on
the body systems, movements and muscle groups that are
commonly utilized during physical training, military exercises and
fitness testing in National Service (NS) here in Singapore.
Using either an indoor environment (like your home, garage,
basement etc) or an outdoor
environment (parks, stadiums, fitness corners etc) we will whip you
into shape with a range of customized exercises that utilize
predominantly your own
body-weight as well as a range of
functional portable fitness equipment
all aimed at helping you
achieve military-grade fitness and a well-toned physique.
Our Program Components
Our NS fitness training program can be conducted either as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, a Partner/Buddy Workout
Program or as a Group Fitness Training
For those who prefer the one-to-one private personal training option, you will be
entitled to all the following components

Our Training Times
We provide NS physical fitness preparation training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
We are one of the rare few fitness
providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide
on our books.
