What Is Suspension Training?
Suspension Training is a form of bodyweight training
that leverages both on gravity and our own body weight to work the
entire body.
It uses a system of heavy-duty, non-elastic straps,
handles and/or pulleys to 'suspend' our bodies at different angles in
relation to the ground so as to bring about the desired training
effects.

Why Do We Need Suspension Training?
As a Total-Body Training System, the
suspension trainer allows the mid-life, senior or older adult to perform all sorts of functional
exercises and full-body movements using just his/her own body weight.
Being light-weight and portable, it can be easily
carried along wherever one goes, and is a great tool for working our
bodies through a wide range of planes
and angles.
Through suspension training, one can develop many
components of functional fitness: from core strength to muscular
endurance, from flexibility to balance.

We provide suspension fitness training and workshops across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
