Whether your preference is: indoor home workouts in the privacy and convenience of your own residence, or outdoor training sessions at a nearby accessible venue, you will  be guided on how to make use of your own body-weight, together with a wide range of portable & functional fitness tools, to help you move better, feel stronger, or simply stay active for years to come!

Training Times

 

The same generation fitness training program is available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to 9pm, on weekdays only.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.

Our Credentials

 

Our main person for same-generation training is Rick Wong - who is himself a Senior Citizen, a Master Trainer and an Exercise Consultant based in Singapore.

 

He is also the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of his fitness credentials and qualifications publicly.
