A Gliding or Sliding Exercise Program is one that

smooth gliding surface for training purposes and for executing various types of exercises.

Our Fitness Approach
At your desired or preferred location
here in Singapore, we will put you through a gliding or sliding training program using
fully-provided commercial gliders/sliders.
In fact, we'll even go so far as to show you how to
make use of suitable alternatives or substitutes commonly
found in your home (such as an old face towel, unwanted socks or even
unused paper plates) to perform gliding/sliding exercise movements so
that you are free to practise these moves on your own!

Our glider or slider fitness training program is conducted either as part of a
Personal Training Program,
a Couple/Partner Program, a
Group Fitness Training Program or as a
Fitness
Workshop for participants.

We provide exercise gliding and sliding sessions across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
