Our playground fitness program is conducted as a Full Body Workout in
itself so you get to burn fat, build muscle tone, increase strength,
cardiovascular fitness, overall flexibility - and more - all within the

or as a Couple/Partner Workout Program.

Our Training Times
We provide playground fitness training across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis and are subject to availability.
We are one of the rare few fitness
providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide
on our books.
