In our fitness programs here in Singapore, we sincerely believe in the adage: "Your BODY is your BEST gym"!

 

Nowhere else are body-weight exercises given that much significance and emphasis than with our gym-free fitness approach.

 

And in case you're wondering, our repertoire of body weight exercises and movements are MORE than your usual collection of sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, chin-ups or anything that most are familiar with!

 

In fact, we have literally HUNDREDS of unique and varied body weight exercises, drills & variations up our sleeves - that up-to-now, only the most ardent and "in-the-trench" followers and practitioners are aware of!

 

But now, YOU too, can benefit from all these bodyweight training techniques and strategies right here in Singapore!

Our body-weight fitness training program can be conducted either as part of a Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Program, a Group Fitness Training Program or as a Fitness Workshop for participants.

Our Training Times

 

We provide body-weight training/conditioning sessions, as well as related fitness workshops across Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
