Our fitness workshops cover a variety of
different topics and are suitable for BOTH fitness professionals
as well as general fitness enthusiasts.

Our Fitness Approach
We adopt a practical, hands-on and participant-centric
approach in running all our fitness workshops and courses.
Under an informal and relaxed setting, we will introduce you to the
principles and knowledge behind a certain specific training approach and
then guide you through the related exercises and drills needed to master
are conducted only
on demand and need only a minimum of only 1 person to run.
All workshop participants will be provided

4-6 weeks advance booking is needed for all our fitness
Our Workshop Location
YOU - determine the location of the workshop - at any convenient
location near you (as long as it has the necessary infrastructure to
support the type of workshop we are conducting).

Our Training Schedule
Our fitness workshops and courses are conducted across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
Also, in order to facilitate the
preparation and collation of teaching aids and other workshop materials,
a minimum of 4-6 weeks
advance booking is required for all our fitness workshops.
We are one of the rare few fitness providers in Singapore with a
recognized and bona-fide
