Kettlebell workouts form an INTEGRAL part of our gym-free fitness approach here in Singapore.


In our fitness programs, we often use kettlebells to add pizzazz to our clients' exercise routines and at times, even build entire workouts around them!


In case you're still wondering what a kettlebell is, it is simply an old-school piece of fitness equipment that originated from Russia, made of cast iron and shaped very much like a cannonball with a handle on one end.


These kettlebells come in various poundages, and because of their versatility, they are often used in a variety of dynamic and ballistic movements that involve swinging, pulling and pressing.


With its unique construction and off-centered weight, the kettlebell is a great tool for muscle toning, strength training, fat burning, and for developing all-round fitness, endurance and even explosive power.

Our kettlebell training program can be conducted either as part of a Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Program, or as a Fitness Workshop for participants.

Our Training Times


We provide kettlebell fitness training and workshops throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .


Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.


All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
