What Is Multiplanar Training?
Within the fitness realm, Multiplanar Training refers
to an exercise approach that works the human body through multiple
planes of motion at any one time.
In essence, there are 3 main planes of motion that the
human body is capable of: Sagittal (forward and backward
movements), Frontal (sideways or lateral movements) and
Transverse (rotational movements).
With Multiplanar Training, the aim is to always
incorporate at least 2 such planes of motion concurrently in
any given exercise.
Examples of multiplanar exercises that have been
used with our fitness clients include:
Medicine Ball Slams,
Medicine Mall Rotational Lunges (as depicted in
Diagonal Band Pulls,
and many, many others ....
Why Do We Need Multiplanar Training?
Due to our sedentary lifestyles as well as our excessive
reliance on conventional training methods and traditional exercises, many of us
end-up neglecting to use our bodies in all the different ways and in all the various
planes of motion that Nature has intended us to.
As a result, by the time we reach senior age and
become older adults, many of us invariably find ourselves
developing all sorts of muscular imbalances, movement
limitations and decreased work/functional capacities in our

will put you through a multiplanar training program using your immediate
surroundings, your own

Our multiplanar training program can be conducted either as part of a
Personal Training Program,
a Couple/Partner Program, a
Group Fitness Training Program or as a
Workshop for participants.

We provide multiplanar workout sessions across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
