This program is particularly suited for all home-based
older adults and
retirees who want to harness the benefits of in-home,
gym-less fitness workouts.

Our
Fitness Approach
Within your home setting, you will be guided on how to make use of your
own body-weight,
together with other
portable &
functional fitness tools, to sculpt, shape and tone your body.
Depending on your home environment, we may even make use of common household objects
such as soup cans, chairs, stairs
and other home furniture to work on your fitness.
The home personal fitness program is a fully-customized Complete
Full-Body Workout in itself that will help you burn fat, build
functional strength, increase cardiovascular efficiency, enhance muscle tone and
flexibility - and more - all within the SAME session!

Program Components
The senior and older adults in-home fitness training program is conducted either as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program or as a
Couple/Partner Fitness Program.

Our Training Times
We provide customized in-home personal training for mid-life, mature and
senior adults throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
The first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and the last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.

Our Credentials
We have onboard one of the few fitness professionals in
the region who is both a
Master Trainer
and Senior Exercise Consultant, holder of multiple fitness credentials, and with over
20 years of coaching experience.
On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof,
verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
