A Movement-Based Training Program lays the foundation for a lean, strong and fit body that not only looks good, but also moves well with grace and athleticism.

 

Our Human Body basically functions as one large inter-connected and integrated system. Thus, it only makes sense to train it like one. So, in the Movement Approach, the emphasis is on: training movements, NOT muscles.

 

The basic movement patterns used in this approach make up of: PUSHING (vertical & horizontal), PULLING (vertical & horizontal), SQUATTING, HINGING, ROTATING & LOCOMOTION (multi-directional & multi-dimensional).

 

So when ALL these movements are integrated into a training program over time, what you can get is a body that is NOT only fit and strong, but also balanced and complete.

At your desired or preferred location here in Singapore, we will put you through a movement-based training program using your immediate surroundings, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.

Our Program Components

 

Our movement training program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Program.

 

For those who sign-up for Personal Training, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide movement training workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
