Our Fitness Approach

 

At your choice of location here in Singapore, we'll train you using your own body-weight, surrounding environmental objects, as well as a range of functional portable fitness tools, to help you achieve All-Round, All-Inclusive Fitness.

 

Our philosophy here is to work your Entire Body - at the same time - as an Interconnected, Single and Integrated Unit - while integrating all the major fitness components (as mentioned above) simultaneously into your training grogram.

 

The end result - a Lean, Hard, Athletic & Functional Physique - with all-round, balanced fitness!

Our Program Components

 

Our integrated fitness training program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Boot Camp Program.

 

For those who sign-up for the customized personal training program, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide integrated fitness training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
