What Is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

 

High-Intensity Interval Training - or HIIT as it is sometimes called - consists of quick intense bouts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. It can be performed with simple fitness equipment like medicine balls, dumbbells, benches etc, or simply with just one's own body weight.

High-Intensity Interval Training is great for time-starved individuals who want a quick and convenient way of getting results in the shortest time available. Also, due to the nature of HIIT itself, it is extremely useful for increasing one's metabolism, improving overall cardiovascular fitness, and producing fat-burning gains for the individual concerned.

Whom This Program Is For

 

This program is suitable for those who want to lose FAT fast, and get in SHAPE quick. However, a baseline fitness level is usually required and an absence of medical/injury history.

Training will be conducted at your preferred location here in Singapore, making use of your immediate environment, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.

Our Program Components

 

Our High-Intensity Interval Training Program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Boot Camp Program.

 

For those who sign-up for the customized personal training program, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide HIIT training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 9pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
