You will first undergo a FREE face-to-face consultation session with your personal trainer who will discuss with you your fitness goals and get to know you better.

 

During this session, you will also undergo a series of questionnaires and assessments to gauge your current fitness levels, your medical status as well as your lifestyle history. Your vital statistics such as your resting heart rate, your resting blood pressure, your body fat percentage, your girth circumference measurements and other personal data will also be taken.

Besides adopting a holistic and comprehensive approach to personal training - where we guide and watch over your nutritional, lifestyle, mindset and behavioural needs - our fitness training also differs from the ordinary gym-based personal training approach by focusing on functional and movement-based exercises that rely on your own body weight in conjunction with portable fitness tools such as medicine balls, TRX suspension trainers, ropes, bands, tubings and other fitness implements.

5. What Does A Typical Gym-Free Workout Session Consist Of?

 

Each session starts off with a brief discussion to check that you are still on track with regards to your diet, self-training, lifestyle changes etc. As every individual's training session is different based on his/her specific fitness needs, no 2 programs are exactly alike. However, as a general rule, most workouts will commence with a general total-body warm-up and dynamic stretching, followed by 40-50 minutes of customized training, followed by a cool-down and a static stretching period.

We offer our gym-free personal fitness training services practically ANYWHERE within Singapore - as long as it does NOT involve the gym! Some of the more common places that we have conducted our workouts include clients' living rooms, outdoor parks, public stadiums, playgrounds and along beaches. And some of the more interesting or 'exotic' places that we have conducted our gym-less fitness services include home garages, basements, attics, store rooms, public car parks and even void decks.
