What Is A Pre-Recorded/On-Demand PDF Personal Training Program?


A Pre-Recorded/On-Demand PDF Personal Training Program is one that makes use of modern-day technology to deliver customized exercises and tailored workout programs to you via the Internet.


Your program logs and workouts will all be stored in the form of PDF files, and delivered conveniently straight to your desktop, laptop or mobile device via Email as attachments.




How Does An Online PDF Personal Training Program Work?


Your Pre-Recorded/On-Demand PDF Personal Training Program will be carried out according to the following steps:


- An Initial Online Consultation is carried out to collect relevant data from you, especially those pertaining to your medical history, present fitness condition, diet, current lifestyle factors, body part measurements, body weight and other vital statistics etc.


- Based on the data collected, a Tailored Fitness Program will be drawn out for you based on your fitness needs and exercise goals, with session-by-session Customized Training Logs.


- Your workout logs will include Private Pre-Recorded exercise videos, full-colour photos and other illustrations - all custom-built and personally-demonstrated by Master Trainer Rick Wong.


( Note: We will NEVER use generic exercise videos or standard workout photos from public domain sources such as commercial exercise libraries, free-for-all platforms etc! )


- Step-By-Step instructions on how to go about your program and how to do your exercises will also be spelt out for you.


- Personalized advice on your diet, nutrition and other lifestyle areas will also be dispensed to you along with your online fitness program.


- Weekly Check-In by your trainer will also be conducted to monitor your progress and to ensure accountability.


- You will also receive Full Online Access to your trainer, 24/7, via Email, SMS and WhatsApp.
