programs here in Singapore, you will first need to undergo a
face-to-face consultation session with your functional fitness
specialist to assess your current medical condition, fitness status and
other fitness needs/goals.
In this session, you will
also be
required to answer questionnaires and undergo physical assessments
to measure and track your resting heart rate, your
blood pressure, your body fat percentage, your girth circumference
measurements and other vital statistics.
Your
functional fitness provider
will then use all the collected data to design a
personalized and customized functional fitness program just for
you.

No. Not really. Your functional fitness
program will utilize
your own body weight, your surrounding environment and our range of

We offer functional fitness training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings.
However, all sessions are strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 9pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
