1. What Is A Fitness Boot Camp?

 

A fitness boot camp is a group fitness program specially designed to get you into shape. Conducted by certified group fitness specialists, our boot camp includes top-notch fitness instruction, innovative exercise routines, cutting-edge nutritional guidance and the latest motivational strategies, all designed to help you BURN FAT and get you in shape, regardless of your current fitness level.

2. What Does A Typical Fitness Boot Camp Or Group Training Session Consist Of?

 

A typical fitness boot camp with us comprises of a comprehensive warm-up, a holistic, all-encompassing full-body workout routine and a complete cool-down/stretching segment.

 

Our workout segment itself comprises of exercises, activities, games and challenges that will help you BURN Body FAT, and build up your muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility, flexibility, endurance and overall body awareness.

And to keep our workouts fresh and varied, every session is DIFFERENT from the last!

3. How Many Participants Are There In Each Boot Camp Session?

 

There will be no more than 15 participants per session at all our boot camp classes. We will keep strictly to this quota for a reason - to ensure that the quality and safety of our boot camp classes are not compromised, and to make sure that each and every participant gets his/her share of personal attention and close supervision.

4. What Do I Expect To Achieve?

 

You can expect to drop inches, pounds and kilos from your body while becoming every bit fitter, stronger and more confident! Also, on average, you値l probably experience a drop in 1-2 dress sizes (every 30 days or so), feel and see greater tone and firmness in your arms, butt and thighs, and also see your tummy and love-handles flattening out.

5. What If I知 Not Physically Fit?

 

Our boot camp sessions are safe and progressive in nature. They are suitable for people of all fitness levels and you will never be asked to do more than what you are capable of doing. In fact, your boot camp instructor will always demonstrate different modified versions of any particular exercise or activity so that you can choose to do the version you are most comfortable with. Whatever it is, no one will be ever left behind.

 

On the other hand, if you have any existing medical conditions and/or above the following ages:

males > 40 years, females > 50 years, you are strongly advised to seek your doctor's clearance before participating in our boot camp training sessions.

6. What Do I Need To Bring Along?

 

Make sure you bring along a full water-bottle, an exercise mat, a towel, and a "Can-Do" spirit and attitude to our boot camps!

7. Where Do You Conduct Your Fitness Boot Camps?

 

Our fitness boot camps are conducted throughout Singapore! At the moment, our boot camp 'home base' is at Singapore's Lower Seletar Reservoir. Alternatively, you may also request to have us conduct a boot camp specially for your own private group at your own specified location!

8. Do You Also Conduct Private One-On-One Personal Training?

Yes. If you prefer individualized attention, and a more customized and tailored approach to your fitness, then you are strongly encouraged to sign-up for our personal training program.

9. Can I Bring A Friend Along?

 

Yes. Please bring your friend along if you think he/she can benefit from our boot camp sessions too! Best of all, not only does your friend get to train - FREE - for that one session, you - the referrer - will also get to enjoy discounts off your own membership fees or even get to train for FREE for 1 full membership term yourself, if your friend decides to sign-up as a paying member with us! 10. What Is The Cost For Joining Your Boot Camps?

 

For fitness boot camps conducted at our 'home base' at Singapore's Lower Seletar Reservoir, your investment in your health and fitness is a mere $700 for 10 full sessions (validity period of 3-months) of challenging, fun and results-oriented workouts. This works out to only S$70/session - a fraction of the cost of a one-to-one private session with a personal trainer, yet conducted with our unrivaled professionalism and exceptional quality of coaching!

 

For customized fitness boot camps at your own specified location and according to your schedule, your investment is still a mere $90 per head per hour. However, we require a minimum of 3 participants, with a minimum commitment of 10 boot camp sessions per person to run this class.

11. What Is the Schedule For Your Boot Camp Sessions Like?

 

At Lower Seletar Reservoir, our boot camps are conducted on selected mornings from 7am to 8am - except for public holidays and other pre-notified dates. (please check status of boot camp before making your way down)

 

For customized fitness boot camps, please note that bookings are available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings.

 

However, all sessions are strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
